Used candles cannot be returned or refunded.
All custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
In the event the product(s) is damaged during shipping, we will ship replacement product(s) within 4 business days after receiving photographic proof of the damage. Photos must be submitted to email@example.com within 7 days of delivery.
You may exchange your candle for another candle of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase.
