SHIPPING POLICY

Due to Covid-19 shipping may be delayed by a 2-3 days. Normal shipping is 2-3 days. Please allow a week for your products to get to you. We apologize for the delay. If you have additional questions or complications with tracking your order please contact us! 

Refund & Exchange POLICY

Used candles cannot be returned or refunded.

 

All custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

In the event the product(s) is damaged during shipping, we will ship replacement product(s) within 4 business days after receiving photographic proof of the damage. Photos must be submitted to brynae22@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

 

You may exchange your candle for another candle of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase.
